  • Organize office operations and processes, maintaining of office facilities and equipment
  • Respond to calls and emails within the stipulated time or forward them wherever necessary.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and employee related letters
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
  • Provide administrative support for operations team
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Address and answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues as per company policy
  • Calendar Management and coordination with senior stakeholders

Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelor or a Master degree with 2-5 yrs of exp as an HR Administrator
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Female candidates are preferred

Location – Mohan Cooperative, Near Sarita Vihar, Delhi

Salary – 3.6 – 5 Lacs
