Handling the recruitment cycle, from screening up till onboarding to meet manpower requirements.
Conducting induction/orientation programs for new recruits for smooth onboarding experience.
Maintaining database and generating MIS reports as and when required by the management or concerned Managers. Developing and maintaining MIS reports and operational reports related to attendance, leave records, and permissions.

Implementing and Monitoring HR policies and procedures in accordance with organizational objectives

Responsible for initiating and completing the PMS cycle on time in coordination with the Manager
Providing operational support in payroll operation, documentation and exit formalities.
Maintaining robust communication between managers and employees to create a culture of transparency in the organization
Responsible for employee engagement activities. Addressing employee queries on time as per set protocol

Qualification and Experience

Graduate or PG with 2-5 yrs of relevant exp into generalist role

Excellent Communication(Written and Oral) and people management skills

A presentable personality with attitude to learn and contribute. Female candidates with excellent communication skills are highly preferred

Location – Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi

Salary – 4-5 Lacs
